Shipping Policy — Northwest Brewers Supply

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Shipping Rate Adjustments Shipping charges at checkout are estimated based on package weight and destination. In some cases — particularly for heavy or bulk items such as grains, malts, and equipment — the actual shipping cost may differ from the estimate.

If a shipping rate adjustment is required, we will contact you at the email address provided with your order before shipping. Your order will be held until the difference is paid. We will not ship until the adjusted shipping charge is confirmed and collected.

We strive to keep these situations rare and will always communicate promptly if an adjustment is needed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our store location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Fragile & Bulk Items Grains, malts, and liquid extracts are packed carefully to prevent damage or leakage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we'll make it right.

Non-Payment of Shipping Adjustment. If we do not receive a response within [3] business days of our shipping adjustment notice, or if the adjusted charge is declined, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within [5–7] business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

Hazardous Materials: Certain items (e.g., CO2 cartridges) may be subject to shipping restrictions. We'll contact you if any item in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
